I lead People Operations here at Astrolab, which means I work on all things related to our amazing people!  I love getting the know candidates, building relationships, and helping people find their dream jobs.

Don't be nervous...all folks on both sides of an interview at human beings at the end of the day.  Be prepared, but once you arrive try to relax and enjoy the conversation.  You are interviewing us just as much as we are interviewing you.  

I am born, raised, and attended college in West Virginia.  I have a Bachelor of Science in management and economics as well as an MBA from West Virginia Wesleyan College.  I have been in a recruiting or people related position since 2015 in mostly tech companies based in Boston, Berlin, and Los Angeles. 

Read as many books as you can!  Books not only elevate your personal life, but they are great talking points when meeting new people, especially during an interview.
